I don't believe you should of received a ban this long. I can understand why they would ban you, but it shouldn't of been that long. That is sure raising my eye brow at this situation.

I think that we have been trying to work with the staff, we haven't had any support and they sometimes just ignore us. We don't have support because a lot of forumers are scared of getting banned and side with the staff, which is wrong, basically their intimadation causes us to be scared and not fight back.

This is an accurate post of the scenario, many of the staff members seem to ignore us, the users that make this community go round. You should not be afraid of getting banned, there are other servers in which you can play on if you are banned here. However, saying things against the staff can severely affect your chances of becoming a moderator.

What do you hope for this thread to achieve? All I see that's happening is immature players are pitting people against staff because the staff have decided that a thread needs to be locked as it violates the community rules. You make these threads which results in nothing, why not gather all your evidence of any actual abuse and send it to a high ranking administrator?

There was supposedly a summit that was being held by a community manager CoL_StaR, but that has been cancelled. As a moderator here it seems to be pretty hard to get demoted. Is it immature? No it isn't, it is just like going to your cellphone provider and getting terrible service from them, you can complain just like people do every day. When there are three different people offering the same product there are a number of things to look at, where is it cheaper and where offers better service. MCSG is a business and will always be a business, anyone who tells you any different doesn't know what they are talking about. I could go further, this is merely the tip of a much larger debate.

The immaturity part was about how instead of doing something about it, he's on here making forum threads calling himself a martyr to his cause and claiming there to be corruption. Of course this is a business, any server that offers the ability to pay them money is a business. However, while it is a business for the owner it is a community for us. A community that us the members shape and form. I advise everyone just to try and work alongside the staff, forget your quarrels, be respectful and show maturity. I'm sure no one can argue with that.

No we're not? If the thread turns into a flame war and members stoop to the lowly level of throwing insults at each other, then yes, we will lock it. There are currently no rule-breaking posts.

I agree with all of the points in your post, I just think that in order for the community to work in harmony with the staff there needs to be a little more transparency. By this, I don't mean that every thing should be made public, but in an event of a questionable ban there should be evidence for any user to be able to access. I'm sure that anyone can argue that I am being childish, but it is not only the users that are acting this way. There needs to be a level of mutual respect between the two.

I tried being respectful and guess what? They blew me off. If there is a better way for me to do things please say so. As of now this is all I can do seeing as that I have no power to do anything.

Okay, so I have locked this thread as it is un-needed. If you have questions about why the ban for investigation, then come onto the TS and ask. I will be quite happily explain what is going on.

Please don't start to instantly rage, it really isn't needed. If you ask the others in your position, some of them will tell you that they have been on and spoken with me and col.

So please come on and ask before you post this sort of thing.
