Im curious, since Im now in the habit of recording videos. Do people just want to watch as one person wrecks people? Witty Commentary and Jokes as they play? To learn how to be good?
Curious about all of this, since I aim for quality in my videos.

I think people like, tips, and just a guy being funny and entertaining to watch while they wreck everyone. Or sometimes someone who does something epic.

I find that people often enjoy funny encounters, jokes and wit, plenty of action, but also information and discussion. People enjoy hearing you discuss the game and give tips and tricks and joke around with them. TheBajanCanadian is a very funny YouTuber (neither haters nor fanboys need reply) and he is popular. However, Blamph is rarely ever too funny to me, but I love his videos because he discusses and he gives tips, and also dat voice is magical. I try to kind of incorporate this into my YouTube (which is conveniently linked in my signature heehee advertising) and give people just a general enjoyable experience.

I have a voice that is magic. Mainly because I can change it quite nicely. I could even change my skin to reflect it (gollum skin for a gollum voice, for example) And I had a very "bleh" encounter with Blamph. Kept saying I had speed hacks when I was running from him. He was freaking stopping to shoot me with arrows, knocking me forward, and stopping to cry hacks. of course I was outrunning him. xD I wish I had that recorded. It was an epic escape. Another thing I regret not having recorded is when I used cake to block doorway in an escape, then going around to take out the guy with the sword I got shortly after.

I think I like to hear stories in the vidoes that I watch, Blamph discusses good topics while Nate is so funny when is overwhelmed like his last video. I don't watch Bajan cuz he never really plays he just gets stuff from fans (not to hate). But I dont like it when people rage quit, cuz its really not fun to have people screaming at their computer if they didnt kill that person. Dats what i prefer in videos

A clear voice that is enjoyable to listen to. Cismet and Blamph are perfect examples. Try to discuss topics and stuffs. Blamph has almost 2k subs now, because what sets him apart is how he is always keeping you hooked on what he is talking about.

Imagine Blamph, Nate, Cismet and what not, with their videos without the interesting commentary. I'd rather not see videos, even if their good games but nothing else to draw me in, watching videos of somebody else playing is usually boring unless something interesting happens or the player is very interesting.

Try something different, don't do constant videos of similar gameplay - maybe tutorials, how to's, short skits, unique gameplay, don't limit yourself ;3
