What if someone has a really slow sensitivity mouse?

What if someone's computer screen is really dark? @duckluv321's screen is really dark to the point where she can barely see sometimes in full brightness but she doesn't resort to such things.

Default FOV, can play on almost any though.

I don't really see the benefit to having a high sensitivity, you just miss hits and such.
