Respect. That's the highest honor you can get in just about everything.

I see honor in video games in general as being able to enjoy yourself without destroying the enjoyment of others, as well as being able to stimulate other's enjoyment. If you brag, spawnkill, grief, rage quit/combat log, team kill, or even betray you are often diminishing the chances of others to have fun. If you are contained within a video game, as someone who does not seek attention or followers or fan boys, you are honorable. Someone who betters the community without needing more in return is honorable. Someone who is likable without being forceful, friendly without a tribute, helpful without a gift in return. That is what honor is in MCSG.

Honor in MCSG? I haven't believed in that since I teamed with jefeperro :p

We mentioned this in discussion over Skype :p

Wow Theo. Your mom comes up with really hard questions lol
I actually really like them. Theoretical , your mom should ask more of these questions to the community :D

It's not homework. But I was discussing this with my friends and they thought it would be interesting to publicly share. I'm also curious to see the communities perspective.

It was a joke...

Respect. :)
Like, not calling people "Noob!!" or "Your bad". :)
Basically if you're nice with others. :)

Playing the game as it was meant to be played while also not doing things that can cause people to get angry with you, such as going after 1 person with a team of 5, especially when all 5 of those people are better than the 1 person being chased *cough* Kranzo and co *cough*.

Honor is doing the simple things like saying Gl hf before you play and GG after you did. Also obeying the server rules is very important.

Honor in MCSG is honestly one simple act, proved through numerous different acts. That act is respect, one of the, if not the most important custom in MCSG.

There's numerous ways you can show this in MCSG, whether it's through following and respecting rules, respecting players, and staff, or just respecting the game itself-- respect is the key to having honor in MCSG.

It's so important because if you can't respect other players, and staff, the rules, or the game itself and how it's played, how can you even play MCSG?

Respect for the rules is an obviously important aspect, because if you don't, you'll spend your time at MCSG getting in trouble, and being kicked, or banned.

Respect for the game itself is also ridiculously important (these all are). If you don't respect the game, or how it's played, you'll play every game in loath, or hate, whi h obviously won't keep you around for a very long time.

Respecting other players and staff is something every player should know to do, as well. If you can't respect the people around you, in the same community, it'll bring you to hate the game, more or less.

With or without that rather drawn out explanation, honor in MCSG is honestly respect. Part of being a player in MCSG is being respected by fellow players, and respect is not something you can receive without first giving.

Honor in mcsg is like making sure if you get to dm with a teammate, making sure that it is a fair fight. Also, letting another player regen in dm after a fight. This may be why I have only six wins though.....
