What PC parts should i get?

In most cases the graphics card is the best thing you can upgrade to give you better FPS while playing just about any game. I would recommend a GeForce GTX 750ti or a GeForce gtx 660.

Some good cheap GPU'S: AMD Radeon R7 260x, Nvidia GerForce GTX 750Ti, AMD Radeon 7770. You will notice a boost in fps by just upgrading the gpu alone. After that, you might want to be thinking of some processors

Well, for 200 dollars. Most of your specs are fine, I would recommend maybe getting a GTX 650ti or a 660.

I agree, it's prefered to have GeForce 650~660/750 ~ 780. I would personally recommand GeForce 750Ti; it costs about $250.

The GTX 750ti is actually $150.

For $200? Uh, broaden your budget for a start.

I don't think he wants to buy a whole new PC, but he just wants to buy some parts, as you said $200 isn't going to get you far when it comes to gaming PC equipment
