The best PvP FOV is probably Quake View Pro, but I myself use 90-95

It's a personal opinion, what I prefer is 90, changing FoV will take time for you to adjust.
You can play on any FoV and do well, it doesn't make change, it will however give you headaches for the first day of playing, though.

I use normal, because that's what I've been using since I started playing Minecraft. (Beta 1.4) I've tried using higher but it feels strange to me.
