Where can i apply for Moderator??

I am 16, I spend 4-6 Hours a day on your servers. I finally donated 10$ to get Sponsor. I just wanna know where i can apply! I help keep spam and swearing down! Im always helpful, never discriminate! I think id be great!! But thats up to admin.
