WHY CANT I JOIN ANY MCSG SERVERS!

Hey, Im trying to raise up the fact that when I type in the server address of the sg servers, its simply would just say. Unknown host or Cant resolve host name and This IP is not a real IP. I really need some help on how to fix this for my accounts on sg. I really want to play. I have tried over and over for the past few months. I want spme help to be able to play. I was a donator on my account and i want to have a go and play sg again. so please help me.
