[You think I'm a hacker?]

Hi guys.
A while ago I played a game on one of the US- servers.
Atwatt and Tironas11 logged onto the server. I chatted with them a bit before the start, and when the game started I ran (as usual) towards my chest route on SG4, and I was on the roof of the building when I saw Atwatt climbing up to me. I ran to a chest and took the stuff, and I looted it really fast and turned around and killed him before he got a hit on me. It really looked like I was using hacks, and hit him when I looted the chest.
Then of course he raged and called me hacker, and told Tironas11 to kill me.
When I died they all called me hacker, and on every server I played on they killed me, called me hacker and etc.
I got really tired of playing when everyone killed me without any reason, and people calling me hacker. I would never hack in any game. I know every hacker is saying this, but I tell you the truth.
Please stop harassing me like this. Maybe you don't think a guy with 800 points are able to kill you, but you don't have to call him hacker and bully him in EVERY game.

It was a little bit of a misconception, but you didn't have to make up such details. o.o
I was the one you killed on the roof of the building, not atwatt. He runs a separate route.
I was a little infuriated with my luck. The chest was glitched and I assumed you were still looking at it as I charged towards you. When I was fighting you, the chest was still opened and that was the reason why I called hacks on you. As I got near you you instantly turned around and started hitting me. That was the main reason why I said hacks.

I did get hits off of you, so there's one inconsistency in your statement. I didn't rage at all, I was just a little sad about how you pulled out a weapon in that chest. It never happens to me, so yeah. ;-;
I'd also like to point out how I've never called you a hacker aside from that incident. I don't come on servers to harass you, I've only seen you once outside of that game. That was in a lobby in which I told you you may/may not have been using hacks. I know for a fact that you weren't, because I've noticed chests don't close. atwatt, however, has called you a hacker in his other games. I cannot justify his actions, I apologize for that. He gets a little upset in that area.
I'm sorry for atwatt calling you a hacker in the servers he met you in. He had you targeted as a little more of a threat then normal players (we set up threat levels of each person to play games) and you were the biggest threat in our group.

I'm sorry if I forgot some details, or said you did something you did not do, but Atwatt was the one that raged and "Harassed" me. It was a while ago this happend and due to that I don't remember everything.

I see this kind of thing happen every day - a slight thing happens, like lag, some odd show of skill, or something...and it looks like someone uses hacks for one second. Next thing you know, the person who saw it won't leave you alone about it. It's happened to me, and I see it happen to a bunch of people in lobby, too.

The odd thing is, I see donators and some fairly high ranked players do it too. One game, a guy was being called a hacker for a hack that doesn't exist, and the people accusing him for it would not stop calling him it. (The people doing it were all a team of donators.) It was just a back and forth "Yes you do" "no I don't" "yes you do", etc...I jumped in and said that even though I do not have proof that he doesn't hack, he does not need to be treated in such a way. Without proof, nothing can be done and you might be insulting an innocent person. With proof, you could still be wrong, as proven by the fact that I'm still here today when being put in the exact situation.

Under no circumstances is it ever okay to constantly bug somebody about the hacks they may or may not use. The staff handles it how it's meant to be handled, your job is to make it so they can by providing proof. That's it.

I too have been in a similar situation. They were fairly high ranked players who all had an idea what they were doing. From the little PvP I did with them, I could tell they were better than average. A later investigation told me that a few of them were definitely in the top 100 and many of them had 3000+ points. They claimed they reported me, but I'm still here, going strong, and they've left me alone since...I never did hack, and I guess they realized that when a mod pointed it out for them. They could have avoided the incident entirely, but instead they caused a lot of unnecessary trouble for a speculation.


Regardless, though, I have to side with Tironas here. I've never gotten the vibe from Tironas on the forums or in game that he'd ever do that, but I personally haven't seen much of atwatt though. I too have a few friends that play here, and while non of them are quick to call hacker, they do do other things...

Guys, it was a while ago this happend and I don't remember every little detail and I am sorry I said something Tironas did NOT said to me. I made this thread to tell especially Tironas and Atwatt what happend. Atwatt was actually the only one who did this to me. And I think the majority of people saying "hacker" in the chat, is high ranked players who are not accepting a guy with 800 points killing them.

^ This is what I do every time I read his posts lol. I've known g33ke for about a year now, and his posts just get bigger daily. So we'll just consider every new long post a G33ke post. The name, and posts content mesh well. But yeah, besides the fact. Many users are called a hacker, just for being good at the game. Is it fair? Of course not, is it true? Who knows, could be; but most of the time it isn't true. People call you hacker because they need to blow off steam, and blame it on something else other then their PvP skills. However, those who (Or most) believe that you're really hacking, will just report you. As I'm getting better(?) I'm being called a Hacker more and more. The best way too respond to these hackers is too tell them if they believe you're Hacking, too report you. 95% of the time they wont go and report you, because their just giving out unneeded rage, and they know you're not really hacking.

The people who're targeting you are most likely people you've killed, and they just want too get you back, and use 'Hacker' against you to form a squad... If that made any sense, lol. Many believe it's the staff's fault for all these people being accused for Hacking, although it isn't, not at all. Their doing their job perfectly, if you believe someone hacking, give the staff team proof, and they'll handle it. With that said it isn't alright to Bully or Bother someone just for a feeling that He/She is hacking. In fact, you have the right to report them for bullying you, more then they have the right too report you for hacking (That's of course if you're not hacking). So the next time someone bothers you like this, bring it to attention with the staff team; not in a public forum like such. This is just in general though, keep this in mind. I've only played against Atwatt and Tironess once, so I have no idea what they act like, and such.

I get that a lot - seriously, I do. Every forum I join and become active on, I always start to become "that guy that makes long posts." xD

Anyway - yes, they kinda are becoming a trend. I have a feeling my thread started it...I made mine a few weeks ago, it wasn't until someone "bumped" it that it started becoming a trend.

I just tend to let the comments roll off my back or laugh at them. If people do follow you around and harass you just stop playing for a bit and take some time to unwind, if you aren't having fun playing a game then you're doing it wrong.
Being called a hacker is only disheartening to me when people i have know and played with for a while call me a hacker when i just beat them with skill. When it is a random or someone you don't really know to well it is fine (yahocokkie) but it kind of hurts when you like the people you beat (alec/unnamed teammate)
On a related note i really like NC+ because i was just able to fist fight a hacker to death because he couldn't hit me or move. By the way the guy was definitely hacking (jumping through water ex.)
On another related note if you do ever accuse someone of hacking make sure to apologize to them except if they actually did hack (Joe)(just kidding)
