I do enjoy the thought of having this feature reinstated. I cannot say that I was present that long ago while this message appeared after winning a game, but to many people, nine months is not a long time.
I just imagine it as it would look/sound in the actual Hunger Games. First, they would present the name of the tribute who has won the (what is the counter even at?) Hunger Games, and then we would be informed of the district that the tribute originated from. Great idea Rev!
