What PC parts should i get?

I currently run 75-90 fps while playing and 40-60 while recording, do you have any recommendation of PC Parts that I should get? I wanna run Minecraft especially Survival Games smoother while playing and recording, so what do you think I should get? Comment down below! (Try to include links pls i fen)
*I'd like to purchase something under $350 or best would be under $250 (For each parts)

I recently just bought the Razer BlackWidow Stealth 2014 edition and I had Razer Naga Epic Edition for quite some time already. So what i meant is parts inside of the PC, like graphics card or something like that.

Sorry to say, but you can't get parts for a whole pc that will get you 100 fps.

If you have a laptop, nothing you can do. If you have a desktop tower, buy a new motherboard, processor, and graphics card.

Alright, I'm not a master of exact parts, so I think you should ask someone else. I hope I gave you sort of an idea. :3
Try waiting for Intel 5th gen processors maybe?
