Discussion about the latest gen of mods competence

Now to my point. I am here to discuss an urgent matter for people with some form of skills. Not the standard forumer which can't pvp and is only good at talking.

Lately, many people that are completely legit players has been banned. I find this first of all offensive, since i am one of those who has been permabanned because of one of the incompetent "new mods".
I have experienced moderators abusive with their power. First of all, i make a dispute, it gets locked and ignored, NOW that's abusing, I demand a proper reason for getting banned.

Moderators can't just freeze out people they DON'T like. I think people deserve a chance, if their evidence is vague, as for almost everyone in the latest excuse for unfair bans "sprint toggle or better sprint mod".

I am going to mention some examples.

I am going to mention the fact that the senior moderators SHOULD keep control of everything the newest moderators do, since all of them are surely not used to the job.

As mentioned previously in a thread created by my brother Tobbvald. I am going to repeat his suggestion to the moderating system.

An "anti moderator crew" which keeps control of the moderators works. If the moderators works are incorrect, the anti moderators may chose a fitting punishment for the moderator, this would surely prevent "corrupt mods" from preventing normal players.

My brother's thread got locked, because of the people starting a flamewar. Ergo the guys i want to stay out of this discussion.

Look teo is right however it's a bit to vicious towards the mods but I do agree with most of the stuff in this thread

I agree with most of it. If you're hated by a senior member of staff, you're being permabanned. Mods will lick that persons ass and this is one of the reasons of unfair bans. I think there should be a lot more concentration on unbanning people.

I agree with it. I have had bad experience with new mods. For example, I remember joining TeamSpeak channels and just being kicked out of it imediatly without any reason. I've also had bad experience with mods/Sr.Mods outside of MCSG. I can jist say there is a lot of incompetent staff on MCSG.

I'll probably end up posting something with my experience on this, but from what I've seen, they've been hiring quantity. I'm not going to single anybody out, but I've really not been seeing quality going with the quantity. :/

As a member of senior staff who has never abused anyone, never not replied to someone's ban dispute and never not unbanned someone I think the ban was unjustified for, I'm saying that you are very wrong, and making such a general statement is not a nice thing to do, both to the newer mods and the senior staff.

As for the statement that Fax made about players who are hated by the senior staff getting permbanned, that is also complete nonsense. I myself have unbanned many people who I do not like, simply because I wasn't going to have them an unjust punishment, regardless of my thoughts about them.

As for the the statement "lately many legit players have been banned"- what do you base that on? I deal with ban disputes, and I can tell you for a fact that there's not an increase in unjustifiable bans. In fact, the number has gone down -we have a different ban system, there were times n the past that you could be permabanned on suspicion of hacking, with no evidence.

In regards to us "keeping an eye on our mods"-we do, we have records of their activities, bans, activeness etc, which we review.

In regards to the "Anti mod crew"... why is that needed? We don't want mods to fear banning people because they might be punished if their judgment was wrong. It is also not needed, as we do not have the issues with new mods that you are raising very much, at all, and when a mod does abuse their powers, they are seen to almost immediately by the senior staff.
