Do you really think that these situations where widely known players are suspected of hacking are just dealt with and swept under the carpet? Because um, no.
In all of these cases, the majority of staff members have discussed it thoroughly together, and reached a final decision. Players are not simply banned and ignored because we don't like them, it's more that there is sufficient evidence against them, and they all join together to cry about it. And if multiple staff members agree on it, you have to say that it is sufficient.
As a new-ish moderator, I have to state that if anybody is doing their job wrong, making mistakes, it is swiftly handled. The senior staff go through all bans to make sure that the evidence is sufficient, and if it is not, the moderator who made the mistake gets a little talk, and trust me; that mistake is not made again.

Um, yeah... the senior staff. And if you're suggesting that we let a few non-staff members, including banned players be a part of this little crew, then definitely no way.An "anti moderator crew" which keeps control of the moderators works. If the moderators works are incorrect, the anti moderators may chose a fitting punishment for the moderator, this would surely prevent "corrupt mods" from preventing normal players.
I completely disagree. I for one am not afraid of arguing civilly with other staff members in order to get my poitn across for what I believe in. If I, another staff member, or any other member of community suspect bias from another moderator (or higher), we report it to a Community Manager; Bicentennial_Man and/or Col_StaR. If you would wish to talk to them about abusive staff members, hop on TeamSpeak and send them a poke, and they'll drag you up to a meeting room to discuss it. They look into the issue, and deal with it once they have both sides of the story and know exactly what is going on.I agree with most of it. If you're hated by a senior member of staff, you're being permabanned. Mods will lick that persons ass and this is one of the reasons of unfair bans. I think there should be a lot more concentration on unbanning people.
