Some noobs don't even go chest routes tho and pros can't take a route on new maps when they have no idea where all the crap is

I think chests should all be better eg diamond armour and no leather, this would make the pvp longer and more exiting

I hated mobs as much as a lot of other people... but bring them back! I miss not having to worry about moving around at night even if I was in a great situation (armor, weapon, and food wise). Mobs can also be a great strategy for people who aren't in that good of a situation, I loved bringing a trail of creepers with me wherever I went. c:<

There are many threads like this. It is getting quite snnoying actually. What I'm hoping they'll do is make a community vote to see what they want in MCSGv3. I'm sure ChadTheDJ and the devs with some Sr. Mods are talking to see what to add and I'm sur this is on the list. Be patient and maybe there will be chande.

We will look into this and maybe start a series of voting polls to figure out this. I do agree, the some aspect of the "hunger games" have been lost as the months and I do personally would like to see more challenges as well.
