So first of all I am an EU player, so I can't talk about anything happening on the other regions played on.
Too few interactions between alot of clans: I think there is too few interactions between alot of clans, not saying there is no interaction between them,
but lots of clans are just wanting to get some easy clanwar wins and they dont want to get to know some other clans. I think this can only be fixed by the clans itself, of course every clan wants to be competetive but they just forget about being nice to other clans, maybe some clans that don't like eachother could be friends after some talking and interacting with each other. A good way to interact and have fun with other clans is the new EU Clan Leaderboards, which will hopefully help to get clans to get known with each others.
Flame/Hate between clans: There is alot of flame between some clans and/or clanmembers of different clans. For example the clan Nitride by echo_555 and the clan made by Quadrum_ named TeamSypher (Phoenix) didn't really like eachother and even flamed eachother, to be honest I don't like alot of clans/clanmembers too, but let's not talk about me
. I think it's a sad thing that clans or generally members of the MCGamer community are flaming/hating eachother, you have to look at it like everyone has to help eachother and not flame. A solution for that has already been made by Dave in writing the Clan Rules.

Lacking communication between clans: I know alot of the MCSG players are not able to talk/write proper English ( I'm propably one of them), but before you want to argue/talk with other clans on such things as skype or teamspeak, PLEASE try to learn atleast simple english, it will help both you in your life and the other clan to understand what you are trying to say. This is an EU problem only because there is alot of Russian, Romanian and Turkish players, not being able to speak proper english ( this is only the countrys I've seen who cant speak alot of English, of course there's other players from other country's who can't speak english properly but i just called the country's I mentioned the lack of english skills the most).
Before I talk about what I want to tell you something about the clan history in Europe.
Some time ago there were only a few clans in MCSG, and most of them were fair and had fun playing the game, also there was (of course) clans who played competetivly and tried to be the best of all clans, but mainly there was this clans who tried to have fun and people joining a clan tried to make new friends in the community, sadly this was before i joined the whole clan scene thing.
(Correct me if I'm wrong in describing the clans some time ago)
But the european clan scene has changed over time, and let's say it now is a worse clan scene than back in the days. Honestly I don't really think it can get worse then it is now. But now to the core problems:
Too many clans being made: In comparence to the old days there is way too many clans being made and disbanded after a too short time. To fix this I think there should be atleast a guideline of how many clans can be made/be disbanded by a single player in a few weeks or even a month, of course I know that this will not be followed by everyone but it's still an idea to fix the clan'spamming'. I am not saying the should be forbidden, but the rules by Dave should be a guideline every clan has to follow.
