Not true, Sometimes i use 85% and i do very well. Its just an old saying and a personal preference.

I played on normal once after I tried 90, I completely demolished with a sword, but sucked with a bow. When I tried Quake Pro, I sucked with everything but the bow. Logic

You have to get used to it, but imo normal is the best FOV

Quake Pro, but normal is meant to be better because you have better judgement about using rods and bow shots. I just got SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO used to quake doe.

I switch around between 90 and QuakePro. I usually just use quake pro as I've been using it for so long.
