Will Demons Breeze Be Removed?

It says on the polls that the majority of people want to remove demond's breeze. Why hasn't it been removed yet?

At first, I thought the majority of the MCSG community thought that there were to many variations of Breeze Island. So, essentially, there was a vote to decide which map (Freeze Island or Demon's Breeze) would stay and which map would be deleted. However, I have been told that most of the MCSG community now disagree with the idea of discarding the a map and I think they are keeping both. Thats my interpretation, but i might be wrong. They might still be getting rid of a map.

It really stinks that they are going to remove that instead of freeze.

Not all the people use the forums so they dont know how to fix the lag. I actually think it is a great map, but i absouloutley HATE Freeze.

I talked to a SR mod and they told me Demons Breeze is not being removed, I have no clue about Freeze though.

If I'm not mistaken, this was the poll that was the most vague (Fire or Ice), which may have been led players to believe "which one do you like better," thus the forum poll would be used instead. At least, that's what I think we've discussed.

The problem I have with Demon's breeze though, is that's it's just a game of punching each other in lava. Honestly, only once have I reached deathmatch on that map simply because every other time I died because of lava, simply because other people punched me in (so basically a one-hit-kill) or because I somehow caught on fire in midair above the lava. I think NCP does this - it thinks your flying above it or didn't manage to jump on time so it just randomly lights you on fire.

That, and all the lava somehow makes me lag really badly.

That's why you stay on the main island. Anyway, if you don't know how to fix the lag, just turn off your sound or turn your render distance down.
