Rule Loopholes - Not being taken seriously enough?

The next time I see a moderator in game_ I'm going to kill him and say "GG 10 so ez l2p get rekt kid" and see what happens. Apparently, that's allowed and even senior moderators do it.

They may do it with each other as an inside joke w/ each other. Hell, I do it all the time when I'm with Moo in a stream, because he knows I'm joking. If you did it to a random Mod/Sr. Mod, it could be taken as against the rules. (I don't know which one, too lazy to search it up. Kinda tired :c )

• DDoSing and DoSing. It happens all the time in the clan scene, and yet it's never been punished. Why? Is it because it's not proven or anything...? Like seriously, get some proof, do some investigating.
• "Keep the chat PG" This does NOT mean PG-13. Yes there may be a swear filter, but be creative! Take into account slang, don't follow a tiny list of like 20 words, staff members! If someone is creatively insulting someone by calling them a yellow-bellied whale-sized pig with an acorn for brains, I'm 99% sure that isn't allowed.

Also, phrases like "WTF" and "Goddammit". WTF = What the f***. "God damn it/Goddammit" applies to like rule #4 as well, I believe... censor maybe?

First thing, isn't DDoSing illegal? I mean if people are threatening that take care of them right away, I think it should be a permanent ban for even threatening it. I mean come on, it should be obvious that you do not even threaten to do that, you shouldn't deserve a second chance for that.

Second thing, I think the chat filter thing is fine, look at mineplex if you want to know what happens when the filter gets too in depth. They block legitamentally every other thing you say because you could possibly use one of the parts in the word in an offencive way.

The picture I posted before was not of the moderators killing each other or anything like that, they 3 teamed Steph_xsx, she was able to kill one and the others killed her. That is when they wrote "rekt" and "eZ".

Moo, thank you sincerely for the work you do to make threads like this. You are already an extremely well respected community member, so I'm sure this will be greatly considered. You always present your argument in a strong and logical way, and that's a talent not many have. I'm interested to see where you'll go in live. Live on, Moo, live on.

Since people are discussing the issue of people saying "rekt" and "eZ" to them and think it should be punishable, I might just leave this picture here and see how the moderators and senior staff are treating this issue of disrespect and harassment.

That's extremely disrespectful when done by any regular member, but when a senior mod and mod do it, it's absolutely horrifying.

Now, I have a few things I'd like to say.
First of all, Bowser WAS given time to explain himself. He did not.
If this thread is locked or deleted, or any evidence of that post/screenshot, I can and WILL take this to the administration and senior staff. I have the image saved on my hard drive. Even if the image is not deleted, I will still see to it that this is reported to the administration. I doubt that anything will be done directly to either Bowser or Krypton, but something has to be done overall. A warning or two wouldn't hurt, either.
Whether or not they were joking shouldn't matter - Bowser could have easily said that he was joking, but he didn't. At least, not within the screenshot. Whether he did or not after the screenshot, there is no evidence of either way. However, there is clearly a large gap of time in which he did not.

Staff members should be role models. Someone to follow in the footsteps of and model behavior after.
Whether or not they were off-duty, on-duty, joking around or not, it shouldn't matter. Mods are expected to be the best of the best, and Senior Mods even more so.. Mature, respectable, and with strong morals and values......What is displayed in the screenshot is the exact opposite, and MUCH WORSE when you take it with this story:

Criminal activities (DDoS or Financial Fraud):

• Doing or making threats to DDoS or do any other criminal activity towards MCGamer will be a "no tolerance" perm ban.

This is brought up in the MCGamer rules in case you didn't notice.

things like gg and all that have been in this community since the start and until now no one have complained i feel as stated is my response mooclan posted its really really silly to let that sort of thing effect you it is in no way offensive its just bad sportsman ship that is all.
