The Fishing Rod Is Not Gone. -_-

Let it be known that I have played side-by-side with the very person who popularized the fishing rod here at MCGamer: G33ke

Seeing as I have known him for quite a long time and have played with him more than anyone else here at MCGamer, I am well aware of the fishing rod and how players use it, thank you.

Edit: Go ask G33ke yourself and see what he has to say about the fishing rod's effectiveness against me.

You'll find the same answer I will give you: It simply isn't as effective towards me compared to
others.

Edit 2: Here is something said directly by G33ke in response to someone saying they can counter my strategy by using the fishing rod: "..Not exactly sure what you're trying to say. That I use the fishing rod on him when he's rushing towards me? You don't know how hard he (sixzoseven) is to hit. Most people are pretty predictable, but not so much for him. I've tried numerous times (it's my whole strategy, I've tried many, many times.) and it's not as easy as you think. (Also the fact that he hits the closest point makes it just that much easier for him to hit me even when in this mid-air moving backwards state.)"

Even though you have played with the creator, from your post, it seems like you know nothing about it.

Sixzoseven, when you go up to someone and hit them with a fising rod, it boosts them up in the air giving you lower ground. As we all know, lower ground is better in pvp. The fishing rod also allows to get the first couple of hits off while attacking.

Are you really that cocky? I've seen you play, your good, but there are WAY better players out their that are effected by the fishing rod. Plus, since you are so good at avoiding the rod why do you hate on it? Ik you are effected by it... the fishing rod gets to you, thats why you are hating on it. This is the difference between an argument and a discussion. You are just saying sixzoseven has no idea what he's talking about. If you look back, he isn't hating on the fishing rod, he says that many people don't use it right and it doesn't have a lasting effect. In fact, many of the times, it just hurts the person using it cause they think they are getting extra hits when reality is, they did nothing more than delay the fight by half a second.

I feel at this point, I'll drop this "conversation" (which seemingly is turning into an argument by one side).

As a final note, however, everyone, including myself, have certain skills that they need to improve upon quite drastically when compared to others. Unfortunately, I will not publicly state them otherwise you would all know how to kill me easier!
